Corrections log

No one can promise to never write a single word wrong, least of all in a field moving this fast. What we can do is own the mistake openly, fix it, and record what changed here, rather than quietly wiping it away.

Our corrections policy

When a factual error comes up — stale data, an inaccurate claim, an omission, or wording that's easy to misread — we verify it, edit the text, and leave a record on this page. Minor typos and layout tweaks generally aren't logged separately; but any substantive change that could affect your judgment, we write down. If you spot something that should be fixed, write to [email protected] and tell us. This kind of feedback is the one we value most.

Fee wording too absolute · Updated 2026-06

The first versions of a few articles wrote the numbers around fees and "zero conversion fees" too rigidly and absolutely, reading like a fixed, unchanging promise. Since platform fees can be adjusted at any time, we standardized these spots to a "range + follow Binance's current page" wording, and marked the check date for the information. On numbers involving money, we don't want to leave you with an impression that looks certain but may well be out of date.

Missing geo-restriction notice · Updated 2026-06

Some early how-to articles focused on the steps and didn't, in a prominent spot, flag that "US users and some regions can't use it." That's actually one of the traps beginners fall into most. We've added the geo-restriction notice in the relevant articles and the risk disclaimer, and stressed that eligibility follows Binance's official page without exception.

Inaccurate terminology revised · Updated 2026-06

In the first version, a few places described bStocks by drawing "holding a token" and "becoming a company shareholder" too close together, making it easy to assume that buying a token means being registered as a shareholder on a broker's books. We re-proofed the relevant wording to clearly separate "the economic interest of 1:1 real-share backing" from "shareholder status in the legal sense," to avoid misleading anyone.

This page will keep logging corrections as they come. To understand how we think about credibility overall, read the About page; the full risk notes are in the risk disclaimer. ← Back to home
